Peggy turned to yoga years ago to fulfill a need to relieve work stress and balance life. To her surprise, learning yoga and becoming a yoga teacher turned into a soulful journey. She later left her corporate job to teach more yoga and discovered life coaching along the way that empowered her to do more for others. Both professions connect her to others through the act of service and provide her with a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
Peggy is a believer in manifesting the feelings you wish to have in a joyful life. She consistently does visualization meditation with her students to help them manifest a positive outlook in life. She also incorporates movement with every meditation session as she can personally attest to the power of mind-body connection. Paying close attention to the body and getting out of the headspace to turn inwardly is her way of creating a positive shift.
Peggy takes pride in being a lifelong learner, a conscientious observer, and a natural developer who has a great passion for helping others grow, transform, and experience success. She is also a believer in connectedness, where things happen for a reason and everyone is a part of something bigger.

Erica has practiced yoga and mindfulness for more than 15 years, and still struggles with fitting it into her busy day.
She knows that slowing down and taking time for herself makes her more productive. But she still sometimes lets too much time pass without practicing.
Getting started is often the hardest part. So she hopes you'll use this retreat as a launching pad for a new ritual.
As a yoga teacher, she specializes in yoga for moms (prenatal, postnatal, and beyond!). She knows first-hand that being a caregiver has special challenges. Yoga and mindfulness are two of the best tools she's found for managing these challenges—so she wants to share them with as many moms as possible!
Her classes focus on a marriage of technique and alignment best practices and a deep respect for each student's intuition.
